Grow thicker skin you whiners. I'm of Irish descent and the logo's for the Boston Celtics and the Notre Dame Fighting Irish don't bother me a bit. If they did I'd hope a friend or relative would remind me to get a life. The picture I saw of the Chief didn't look the least bit racially denigrating. Of course, in the search for truth I suspose you could insist that the Universtity be more historically correct. If I read history correctly the Illini braves of yesteryear were known for practicing sodomy on the younger boys of the village. The only tribe in America where that practice has been documented, by the way. If I were in your shoes I think I'd go with the Chief. Unless Michael Jackson is available.
