Who are these people against the chief? Are they faculty? Then why the hell did you except a job at the University knowing about the chief? Are they students? Same thing, why are you going to a school that has the Chief as a symbol if you are so against it? Are you idiots?
Now that the Chief is going to be gone, the only image I will have of Native Americans will be them collecting our money at Casinos.
O.K. so now I am getting a little bitter. Life is about compromise. If the Native Americans say the dance is degrading, hostile, etc, then teach us how to do the dance in a respectful way, why does it have to be taken away all together. On another note, if they want fair treatment...START PAYING SOME TAXES.
