(Opinion: strongly anti-Chief)

to say it is an embarrasment for the chief to be banned in post season, sorry but wrong anwswer......it is an embarrasment for sports to even consider accepting racially demeaning mascots. period. natives these days have low morale and dont need to be sunk in anymore. [we are] not mythological people, we have no special magical powers, we are regular people who want regular lives, its not a question of wheather the mascot is right or wrong, its a question on who wants to make a change for the better. i hate turning on the television, looking in my sports illustrated and seeing a bad cartoon of all my 'ancestors faces' trust me, you'd do more good if you just left the chief out of all sporting events. and please,by god, don't bring the polls up "durr 83% of native...." NO. i'm a native and i STUDY and RESPECT my heritage, i don't use it for personal gain with any handouts, and as someone who does so, i would appreciate the immediate demise of the chief and all reminants of him.
