Welcome to RetireTheChief |
"Richard L Largen," 3/31/2005 (Chief opinion: NoComment) College and professional sports use Indian names for their teams, and mascots, because they admire and respect the Indian. They all realize what the U S government has done to them. You act like the blacks, wanting to cry prejudice about every thing done. I usually support the Native American Rights Fund but will not longer do so if my money is going for things like this law suit. Generations ago, I have a grandmother who was Cherokee. I do not feel I am being disgraced because some one wants to use names because they admire them. "Richard L Largen," via the web. |
