What if a new college team decided to have a "Pope" for a mascot? Please know that I mean no disrespect to the Head of the Roman Catholic Church and would never consider such a thing - I just want people to really understand and be sensitive to the issue and how is makes many Americans feel when Chief Illiniwek does that dance. Americans who are not part of a particular culture must listen and learn and not try to tell said culture HOW to feel.
